Promotion Activities in Japan for Electric Power Projects in Chile

Between the 22nd and june 24th a public private Chilean delegation, with the full support of ProChile Japan, held a busy schedule in Japan promoting the participation of Japanese companies in an international tender to increase power generation capacity in Chile.
The Chilean delegation was composed of representatives of the National Energy Commission of Chile, the Foreign Investment Committee, the Association of Electric Utilities and the power distribution companies SAESA and Chilquinta.

After the meetings, the Chilean delegation recognized the interest shown in Chile by the Japanese companies.

先日６月２２日から２４日に掛けて、チリ国のエネルギー分野企業代表のミッションがチリ国の電力発電インフラの拡張プロジェクトを紹介ならびに海外投資を招くため来日いたしました。

チリ電力ミッションは、チリ国家エネルギー委員会、チリ国海外投資委員会、電力ユティリティ協会および送電会社２社（SAESA社とChilquinta社）の代表により構成されておりました。

ProChile日本オフィスは本ミッションによる日本での滞在期間の全面サポートをさせて頂きました。当ミッションは日本国内での活動が終了した際、日本企業のチリ電力分野での投資に大変興味がある事を改めて確認する事ができました。
